Kay Dowdy

Kay Dowdy has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Kay most recently worked at Navigator Credit Union as the Director of Mortgage Lending, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at YourCNB as a Mortgage Loan Officer from July 2019 to June 2022. From November 2016 to July 2019, they served as the Assistant VP Mortgage Lending at First Bank (MS). Kay also has experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Grand Bank for Savings, FSB from August 2012 to November 2016. Before transitioning to the lending side of real estate, they worked as a Territory Account Manager at GUND from December 2011 to August 2012. Kay began their career in 2004 as a Home Consultant/Sales/Realtor at AAA Homes of MS, where they worked for seven years until December 2011.

Kay Dowdy attended Xinnix Edge Mortgage Academy from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Loan Officer Academy. In 2017, they participated in a Train the Trainer program at Mississippi Community Financial Access Coalition (MCFAC). In 2004, they attended Real Estate Training Institute for a course in Real Estate Sales.
