Bobby Goodman has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. Bobby began their career at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler as an Associate - Tenant Representation, where they were responsible for business development in the Chicago area and executed over 150,000 square feet of tenant representation transactions in the office and medical asset classes and over 50,000 square feet of investment sales. Bobby represented companies in the financial services, medical, legal and technology industries. In 2006, Bobby moved to Mark Goodman & Associates, Inc., where they started the tenant representation division and grew the team to 3 professionals. Bobby represented companies in over 500,000 square feet of office leasing and asset disposition transactions in multiple U.S. markets. In 2011, Bobby joined JLL as Vice President - Tenant Representation and completed over 250 lease and asset acquisition and disposition transactions in over 30 global markets totaling over $500M in consideration. In 2016, they co-founded Truss Holdings, Inc., a company that transformed the $63T global commercial real estate market through technology enablement and information transparency. In 2018, Bobby joined Techstars as a Mentor and the Urban Land Institute as a Member. In 2021, they assumed the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Swivel, a B2B SaaS design experience platform. In this role, Bobby was responsible for all revenue activities and setting the strategies associated with the revenue organization (sales, marketing, customer success). Bobby designed and executed GTM strategy, sales/renewal processes, sales/renewal playbooks, and documentation to align sales, customer success, and marketing teams resulting in~300% revenue growth and 90% gross customer retention rate within the first 6 months. In 2022, Bobby joined NavigatorCRE as Head of Growth and Sandalphon Capital as an Advisor. At NavigatorCRE, Bobby restructured the sales team, developed and implemented an enterprise and mid-market GTM strategy, and developed and implemented a sales motion to align with Navigator's revenue and operational goals. In Q4 2022, Bobby assumed responsibilities across the revenue organization to include the account management function to promote and enable a more holistic and cross-functional revenue strategy.

Bobby Goodman began their education in 1993 at New Trier High School District. Bobby then attended the University of Iowa from 1997 to 1998, where they studied General Studies. In 1998, they transferred to the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience in 2001.
