Karlie Baker

Karlie Baker began their work experience as a Finance Fellow with a U.S. Representative in 2012. Karlie then served as a Communications intern for MN State Representative from February to May 2013. Starting in July 2013, Karlie worked for Target as an Executive Team Leader Salesfloor and later as an Executive Team Leader Human Resources until April 2016. In August 2016, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Business Analyst and eventually became a Senior Consultant in August 2018, holding both positions until July 2021. Currently, Karlie is the Market Readiness Director at Naviguard, a position they started in July 2021. Additionally, they had leadership roles at the University of St. Thomas, serving as an Apartment Coordinator and a VISION Leader from 2011 to 2013.

Karlie Baker attended Lake of the Woods High School from 2005 to 2009. Karlie then pursued a degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Communication at the University of St. Thomas from 2009 to 2013.
