Sachin Warrier

Sachin Warrier has over 19 years of work experience in quality assurance and software engineering. Sachin currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Naviguard since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Manager of Quality Engineering from March 2018 to May 2021. Sachin also held the position of Software QA Manager at Cognizant from May 2005 to March 2018. Sachin's responsibilities at Cognizant included managing QA teams, resource planning, suggesting process improvements, ensuring timely project delivery, collaborating with vendors and business teams, and conducting hands-on testing. Before joining Cognizant, they worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Pivotal Corporation from May 2003 to May 2005, and as a Software Engineer - Testing at Aditi Technologies from April 2002 to April 2003. At Aditi Technologies, Sachin was responsible for test estimation, test planning, creating test cases, setting up test environments, and testing web components. Overall, Sachin's experience spans across various industries and includes a range of QA and testing responsibilities.

Sachin Warrier pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 1996 and 2000. Later, they attended C-DAC Pune to earn a diploma in Advanced Computing from 2000 to 2001. Sachin also obtained a degree in Business Management from ICFAI Business School in 2005. In addition to their formal education, they hold a certification as a Certified Software Quality Professional (CSQP) from ERTL(E), STQC, MCIT, DIT, Govt of India, earned in 2005.
