Colleen O'Rourke

Colleen O'Rourke has significant experience in the healthcare industry. Colleen began their career at naviHealth in 2012 as the Vice President of Clinical Provider Solutions, where they played a crucial role in clinical provider solutions. Colleen then joined Optum in 2023 as the Vice President of Network Contracting & Provider Engagement, where they are responsible for managing contracts and engaging with healthcare providers.

Colleen O'Rourke is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Bioethics with a specialization in Clinical and Organizational Ethics at Loyola University Chicago from 2020 to 2024. Colleen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Anna Maria College, obtained between 1992 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physical Therapy/Therapist at Boston University from 1987 to 1991. Colleen also possesses a certification as a Physical Therapist from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
