Jiten Rathore

Jiten Rathore has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Senior HR Coordinator at AEGIS Jobs Pvt. Ltd. in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Lead Recruiter at Asellus HR Solutions and Arev Management Consultant. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Leadership Hiring at HCL Technologies, and from 2015 to 2022, they were a Strategic Talent Partner at Birlasoft. Currently, they are the Recruiting Lead at Navikenz.

Jiten Rathore completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from Sikkim Manipal University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Subodh Institute of Management, Jaipur between 2007 and 2010.
