Rajeev Chakravarty, CSM®l AgilePM® Practitioner

Rajeev Chakravarty has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Rajeev worked at Firstlight Online India Pvt.Ltd from March 2007 to December 2007, and then joined Accenture as a Sr Analyst - Knowledge Management from January 2008 to July 2010. At Accenture, they were responsible for managing the Community of Practice, creating and managing online learning courses, and creating SharePoint sites.

Then, Rajeev Chakravarty worked at David Brown Gear Systems Private Limited as a Project Lead from July 2010 to December 2014. During this time, they defined project scopes, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Rajeev also managed project schedules, costs, stakeholders, and resources.

After that, they joined Capgemini Consulting as a Project Manager from December 2014 to July 2022. Their responsibilities included managing Scrum teams, utilizing JIRA and Burn-Down charts for project tracking and communication, coaching and facilitating communication between Scrum teams and product owners, and assisting the product owner in creating project plans and user stories. Rajeev also organized and facilitated various Agile ceremonies such as release planning, daily standup, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Currently, Rajeev Chakravarty is working at Navikenz as a Project Leader from July 2022 onwards.

Rajeev Chakravarty, CSM®l AgilePM® Practitioner, has a diverse educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU (2012-2017). Prior to that, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Business Excellence Institute in 2008, with a focus on Quality and Six Sigma. In 2005, they pursued an Advanced Diploma and Training in Bioinformatics from Edubiotech and T.John College Bangalore. Rajeev also holds a BSC degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Their educational journey began with a Pre-University degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from Kendriya Vidyalaya, which they obtained from 1989 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Rajeev has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Human Factors in AI and AI Product Management Specialization from Duke University | Coursera, Digital Transformation Using AI/ML with Google Cloud and Google Cloud Digital Leader Training from Coursera | Google, Machine Learning Foundations for Product Managers and Managing Machine Learning Projects from Duke University | Coursera, AI For Everyone from DeepLearning.AI, and Digital Transformation from Darden School of Business | Coursera. Rajeev also holds the AgilePM® (2014) Practitioner certification from APMG International, obtained in August 2017, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, acquired in July 2021. Furthermore, they have completed the Agile Meets Design Thinking course from Darden School of Business | Coursera and holds a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Business Excellence Institute. Additionally, they have completed the Software Processes and Agile Practices course from the University of Alberta | Coursera.
