Kelly Kennedy

Kelly Kennedy joined Navin Haffty in 2011, and has over 15 years of human resources experience. As director of human resources and a member of Navin Haffty’s leadership team, she works closely with senior leaders and leadership team members on policy and procedure integration, employee relations and federal, state and local compliance issues. In addition, Kelly manages several programs, including benefits administration, regulatory compliance, EEO/FMLA/ADA, conflict resolution and more. Her role also includes the oversight of human resources during the company’s expansion in to the Canadian market. Kelly’s experience and understanding offers the company great support as she assists both leadership and employees with their needs and concerns.

Prior to working at Navin Haffty, Kelly was a Human Resources Assistant at Education, Inc.

Kelly holds a degree in Sociology and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Curry College and holds the HR certifications of PHR, SHRM-CP.
