Holly Gause

Holly Gause has a diverse and extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Holly started their career in 1993 as an Assisted Living Administrator at Heritage Oaks Assisted Living, where they handled personnel issues, training, recruiting, and onboarding. In 2014, they joined Meridian Senior Living as an Executive Director, where they continued their responsibilities in human resources and also managed escalated personnel issues.

In 2015, Holly joined Brookdale as an Executive Director, overseeing all operations and serving as a contact for staff, residents, and community organizations. Holly also developed budgets in collaboration with regional operations. Over the years, they took on various roles within Brookdale, including Area Director of Operations and District Director of Operations, where they supervised and motivated staff and developed strategies for multiple communities under their control.

In 2023, Holly joined Senior Living Communities, LLC as a Senior Living Executive, before transitioning to their most recent role as the Regional Director of Operations at Navion Senior Living. In both positions, they held leadership roles and contributed to the overall operations of the organizations.

Holly Gause holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In addition, they have obtained the NC Assisted Living Administrator License from the NC Department of Health and Human Services in January 2020.
