Neil Dexter

Neil Dexter has over a decade of specialized experience in marine insurance and legal recruitment, currently serving as Associate Director at Navis Consulting since July 2013. In this role, Neil leads the shore-based shipping team, overseeing all aspects of insurance and legal recruitment. Previous positions at Navis include Lead Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant, where Neil focused on matching top talent with opportunities in the marine insurance and legal markets. Earlier in the career at Navis, recruitment efforts encompassed various roles in cruise, yachts, and commercial shipping sectors. Neil began professional endeavors as a Banking Advisor at Halifax from July 2007 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include A levels in Geography, Maths, Chemistry, and Psychology from Southdowns College and Horndean Technology College.
