Joe Rossi

Joe Rossi, MSc has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Joe currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Advisory & Enablement at Navisite since June 2023. In their previous role at Navisite as Vice President, Strategy and Innovation, they served from September 2021 to June 2023. Joe also worked as an Executive Advisor | Virtual CIO at Navisite from September 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Navisite, Joe Rossi worked as the Director of IT Shared Services at Yamana Gold Inc. from September 2017 to August 2021. Prior to that, they served as Global IT Management | Business/Technology Enabler | IoT & Cloud Advocate from August 2014 to August 2017. Joe gained experience in infrastructure management and help desk support as the Head of Global Infrastructure & Help Desk at DMS Organization Ltd from March 2011 to March 2014.

Joe Rossi started their career as a Technical Consultant at Slash24, where they provided consulting services to LSMGroup, a UK holding company, from June 2004 to April 2010. Before that, they worked as an Infrastructure Manager at LSM Group from October 2002 to July 2007. Joe also served as a Technical Consultant at AHL Management & Safe Computing UK from April 2010 to June 2010 and as a Solutions Architect at Attenda Ltd from July 2000 to September 2002.

Throughout their career, Joe Rossi has gained expertise in various areas, including IT strategy, innovation, network operations, virtual CIO, infrastructure management, and business/technology enablement.

Joe Rossi obtained their Master of Science (MSc) in Management of Innovation and Technology from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Machine Learning in Business from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Design Thinking as an Innovative Practice from UC Berkeley Residency (through Wilfrid Laurier University), Decision Quality from Stanford University, First Aid CPR/AED from the Cayman Islands Red Cross, Microsoft Project 2007 Level I & II, Cisco CCNA, Dell Blade Server Configuration and Troubleshooting from Dell Education Services, and VMware Certified Professional 4 - Data Center Virtualization from VMware.
