Rajeev Yadav

Rajeev Yadav has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and management. From 1989 to 2000, they worked as the Regional Technical Operations Head at NIIT Ltd. Following that, they joined NIIT Technologies Limited and served as the Vice President for over 18 years, where they gained extensive experience in strategic forecasting, planning, and execution in recruitment, resource planning, and organization development. In 2019, Rajeev became a self-employed freelance consultant, specializing in establishing and defining systems and processes in talent acquisition. Rajeev also provided mentorship and guidance to talent ambassadors to enhance their ability to create value propositions for both organizations and candidates. In 2020, they joined Navisite as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Rajeev Yadav attended Delhi University, where they obtained a degree in Commerce (B.Com H). Rajeev also pursued an Honours Diploma in Software Systems Management at NIIT Ltd. Additionally, they studied at Salwan Public School.
