Donna G. Dorsey

Donna G. Dorsey serves as Senior Vice President, Chief People and Diversity Officer since February 2018. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resource and diversity strategy. Prior to this role, Ms. Dorsey led strategic HR direction for all business operations while overseeing the company’s team of HR Business Partners. Ms. Dorsey previously held roles within Navistar with increasing levels of responsibility, including HR leadership within Navistar’s Integrated Product Development and Navistar Financial organizations. Prior to joining Navistar, Ms. Dorsey also held leadership positions at Sears, Roebuck & Company (now Sears Holdings).
