Jan Alvin S. has a total of 10 years of work experience in the software quality assurance field. Jan Alvin started their career at Accenture in 2012 as an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they created test cases and troubleshooted issues. Jan Alvin then became a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, handling medium to complex change requests and building relationships with external teams.

In 2015, Jan joined Navitaire, an Amadeus company, as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Jan Alvin performed full functional testing of the product and implemented process improvements. Jan Alvin was later promoted to a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, leading end-to-end testing and spearheading the transformation of the QA team to automation testing. Currently, Jan is the Associate Software Quality Assurance Manager at Navitaire, managing resources and delivering quality on committed items. Jan Alvin also works closely with stakeholders on major releases and production bug reviews.
