Kristofferson Austria

Principal Product Owner at Navitaire

Kristofferson Austria started their work experience in 2004 as an intern at BlastAsia, Inc., where they were exposed to intrusion detection and biometrics. Kristofferson also assisted in setting up and manning a booth, selling biometric-equipped devices during an IT fair, and designed various department mascots.

In 2005, Kristofferson joined Wide-Out Workforces Inc. as a developer, building rich media ads using different platforms. Kristofferson later became a trainer, developing training modules and providing training and evaluation for new developers. Kristofferson also took part in conducting Google Analytics and Project Management training sessions. Kristofferson then became a Rich Media Specialist and Team Leader, reviewing production assets and managing the development and QA of DoubleClick Studio rich media ad campaigns. Towards the end of their time at Wide-Out Workforces Inc., they pioneered and led the Media Team focused on developing YouTube Masthead campaigns. In their final role at the company, Kristofferson worked as a Project Manager, managing a team of developers and QAs for rich media ad and website projects. Kristofferson also led the creation of case studies and managed the development of a social platform called "SnapPlot."

Since 2015, Kristofferson has been working at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, as a Product and Learning Specialist.

Kristofferson Austria attended De La Salle University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a field of study in Information Technology. Kristofferson later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Kristofferson obtained a certification as a Google Analytics Qualified Individual from Google in 2011.
