Maidy Santos

Maidy Santos has a diverse work experience in various companies. Maidy started their career as a Tester Associate at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, in July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for testing the user interface, database, and system configuration of the revenue accounting solution and other internal products. Maidy also executed smoke testing, component testing, and regression testing on different product releases.

In December 2016, Maidy was promoted to the role of Software QA Engineering Analyst at Navitaire. Here, they handled major enhancements of the revenue accounting solution and was responsible for requirements gathering, project estimation, test strategy review, test plan, test data, and test cases development. Maidy also investigated and provided solutions to issues encountered in production and in QAT.

In October 2018, Maidy was again promoted to the role of Senior Software QA Engineering Analyst at Navitaire. In this position, they were responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing test strategies, test plans, and test specifications for a re-platforming project. Maidy provided functional knowledge and expertise to the revenue accounting team and monitored the overall quality performance of the project/revenue accounting solution.

In January 2021, Maidy joined FLNT as a QA Tester. Here, they worked as one of the QA Analysts responsible for aggregating and mapping a large number of internal and external data sets into a cloud-based data lake. Their role included enabling customers to search, subscribe, visualize, dashboard, and analyze data at speed, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Maidy Santos then moved to Maybank in April 2022, where they worked as a Project Analyst. Maidy contributed to the company's projects by analyzing requirements and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Most recently, Maidy Santos joined Navitaire, an Amadeus company, in June 2023 as a Product Management Senior Specialist.

Maidy Santos graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Maidy obtained additional certifications in Agile Testing, Software Testing Foundations: Continuous Testing and DevOps, and Software Testing Foundations: Test Management from LinkedIn in May 2021.
