Tom Buckley

Tom Buckley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Global Head of Transnational Education at Navitas, Tom leads the execution of TNE strategy and the expansion of the partner managed campus network. Prior to this, Tom was the Executive General Manager for University Partnerships Europe at Navitas, focusing on supporting various stakeholders in pathway colleges and branch campuses. Previous roles include Director of Recruitment, Admissions and International Development at Lancaster University, where Tom was responsible for international student recruitment and the university's internationalization strategy, and Principal of Cartmel College. Tom’s career also includes significant positions at Wilfrid Laurier University, University of New Brunswick- Saint John, and OAO Technology Solutions. Tom holds a Master's in Business Administration from Université de Moncton and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from St. Francis Xavier University.
