Aviv Kirshenbaum

Aviv Kirshenbaum is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Founder of TEN Pacific Energy since April 2023. Concurrently, Aviv holds memberships as an AICD Member at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and works as a Senior Consultant at both Navitas Petroleum and Doral Energy Australia. Prior to these roles, Aviv had a significant tenure at NewMed Energy from June 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included Managing Director of New Ventures and Country Manager, Project Director, Regulatory Affairs Manager, and CTO Assistant. Aviv's educational background includes completing the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2017, a course on Commercial Acumen for the Energy Professional at Texas McCombs School of Business in June 2015, and obtaining both an MA and a BA in Political Science and Government from Reichman University between 2007 and 2011.
