Chia-Jui Yu

CHIA-JUI YU is a Staff Product Engineer at Navitas Semiconductor since March 2022, specializing in new product introduction, subcontractor handling, and yield improvement. Previously served as a Principal Engineer at TSMC from August 2020 to March 2022, focusing on process integration, characterization, and qualification for GaN-HEMT, as well as developing SPICE models for RF GaN-HEMT PDK and managing customer relations. CHIA-JUI YU also completed a summer internship at TSMC in July 2013. Educational credentials include a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University obtained in 2019, a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from National Tsing Hua University in 2013.
