Sushovan Dhara

Sushovan Dhara is an experienced engineer and researcher currently serving as a Senior Device Engineer at Navitas Semiconductor since June 2024. Previously, Sushovan held the positions of Presidential Fellow and Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University from January 2020 to June 2024. In the summer of 2023, Sushovan worked as a Process Development Engineer at Texas Instruments, following a role as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in late 2019. Sushovan is pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at The Ohio State University, having completed a Master’s degree in Physics and an M.Tech in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from West Bengal State University, Kolkata.
