Vishank Talesara

Vishank Talesara, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Navitas Semiconductor since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Research & Development Engineer at Western Digital from September 2022 to May 2023, focusing on the research and development cycle of new flash memory technologies to enhance memory cell reliability and performance. Vishank's academic background comprises a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering obtained from The Ohio State University, following a Master's Degree and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution. During the doctoral studies from January 2013 to September 2022, Vishank conducted research on wide bandgap power devices and served as a Teaching Assistant in Mathematics and Statistics, as well as an ECE Research Assistant working on Organic Tandem Solar Cells.
