Xiaoteng He

Xiaoteng Xiaoteng is a professional engineer with extensive experience in power electronics and reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Reliability Engineer at Navitas Semiconductor since August 2022, Xiaoteng focuses on developing highly reliable widebandgap devices. Prior to this role, Xiaoteng held positions at Faraday Future as a Staff Power Electronics Engineer, leading powertrain module development from concept to production, and at Karma Automotive as a Senior Development Engineer, where responsibilities included designing and developing powertrain modules and their electrical and electronic hardware. Early career experience includes internships at Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., where skills in inverter control methods were acquired, and Siemens, where knowledge of motor applications and parameters was developed. Xiaoteng holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
