Xinming Lu

Xinming Lu is a Principal Engineer at Navitas Semiconductor, specializing in the creation of EHEMT and DHEMT GaN SPICE models using Verilog-A for GaN IC design since 2017. Previously, at Infineon Technologies from 2001 to 2017, Xinming served as Senior Manager and later Director, focusing on semiconductor device characterization and SPICE model development for various IC technologies including Power MOSFET, IGBT, and GaN. Additional roles at Infineon included Principal and Senior Staff Semiconductor Device Characterization and Modeling Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed device SPICE modeling and reliability test structure design. Xinming began an academic career as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor at Ocean University of China from 1991 to 1996. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Peking University, a Master's Degree in Physics from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, and a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Houston.
