Colleen Hickman has extensive experience in business insights and analytics within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Manager of Business Insights at Navitus Health Solutions since 2013. In this role, Colleen successfully led a cross-functional Agile team to enhance the core Rebate product, achieving significant improvements in financial guarantees. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Manager in Financial Sales Support and Clinical Informatics, where Colleen utilized analytics to support various organizational initiatives.
