Sean van Ess

Sean Van Ess has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sean started their career in 2001 as an Agency and Direct Sales Representative at WPS Health Insurance, where they were successful in achieving sales goals and managing client relationships. In 2007, they joined Arise Health Plan as an Account Representative, where they played a crucial role in coordinating employer transitions and analyzing health plan data. Sean later became the Manager of Product Development and Implementation, focusing on healthcare reform initiatives and providing strategic guidance on product positioning. In 2016, Van Ess joined Navitus Health Solutions as the Associate Director of Medicaid and Exchange Operations, responsible for overseeing program operations and playing a key role in healthcare reform and exchange programs.

Sean Van Ess earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, from 1994 to 1998.
