Mike Cann

Mike Cann has extensive experience in hardware and RF design engineering, currently serving as a Hardware Development Engineer at Navman since February 2005, specializing in electronic marine equipment including chartplotters and fishfinders utilizing GPS and sonar technologies. Concurrently, Mike has been a Senior RF Design Engineer at Stratex Networks since April 2002, focusing on the product development of high-frequency radio sections for various wireless solutions. Previously, from August 1993 to December 1998, Mike worked as an RF Engineer at Nortel Networks, where responsibilities included the design, testing, and production support of fixed wireless access equipment. Mike holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth, earned between September 1989 and July 1993.
