Prior experience includes roles as Director of Benefits at OneAmerica from March 2011 to September 2012, and VP/Director of HR at Monroe Bank from July 2005 to March 2011. Virginia's career in human resources began at Hirons & Company as HR Director from December 2000 to July 2005. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College and has completed the Southwest CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University.
