Eric Sternberg

Eric Sternberg has extensive experience in instructional design and training development, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Training Development at Navy Federal Credit Union since April 2016, where responsibilities have included roles as Training Design Supervisor and Instructional Designer. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Instructional Systems Designer at TECHSOFT, Inc. from August 2015 to April 2016. Eric's foundational experience in training management spans over two decades in the US Navy, where roles included Training Manager, Afloat Cryptologic Manager, and Journeyman Analysis and Reporting Instructor, alongside duties as a Cryptologic Technician.
