Holly Kortright

Holly Kortright is currently the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Navy Federal Credit Union, where the mission is to always put members first. Holly also serves as a Board Member at Eckerd Connects and happyly. Previously, Holly held senior HR roles at Ellucian, Deltek, and Capital One. Additionally, Holly has a strong educational background with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Indiana University and certifications in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
