Pamela Wade currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Employee Communications at Navy Federal Credit Union, leading the enterprise Employee Communications for the world's largest credit union since July 2023. Previously, Pamela held various senior roles in Employee Communications at Northrop Grumman from September 2004 to April 2023, including Senior Director of Employee Communications for all four operating sectors, and played a pivotal role in planning and executing communication strategies across multiple divisions. Pamela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Human Resources Development from James Madison University and completed a course in Basic Digital Photography at Corcoran College of Art + Design.
