Richard Tate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as AVP of Business Enablement Platform Services at Navy Federal Credit Union, Richard has held multiple leadership roles including Manager of Availability and Manager of Software Support. Previously, Richard contributed to Freddie Mac as Director of Enterprise Business Continuity, Director of Service Management, Director of Distributed Engineering / Environment Delivery Services, and Director of Web Infrastructure & Operations. Richard also served as Director of System Operations at George Washington University and Manager of Network Operations at Amtrak, demonstrating a strong background in operational leadership across diverse sectors.
