Sheri Jones

Sheri Jones is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Learning & Talent Development at Navy Federal Credit Union since December 2011. In this role, Sheri supervises a team of Instructors and Talent Development Specialists, focusing on organization-wide leadership training and development programs to meet strategic objectives. Previously, Sheri held the position of Learning Manager at Bank of America from April 2004 to December 2011, where responsibilities included managing a team of instructors and acting as a liaison for training needs. Sheri's background also includes serving as a Senior Training Instructor for HR at Navy Federal Credit Union, delivering courses in leadership, communication, and professional development, while mentoring other trainers. Education includes attendance at Great Bridge High School and Virginia Wesleyan University.
