Andy Mohler, PMP has a diverse work experience in the defense industry. Andy is currently serving as the President of the Florida Region U.S. Navy League. In 2015, they founded their own consulting firm, Mohler Consulting LLC, specializing in military modeling, simulation, and training. Andy has also worked as an independent consultant for Booz Allen, where they focused on business development and capture of defense simulation and training opportunities. Prior to that, they served as the Co-Chairman of the Lone Sailor Navy Memorial of Central Florida and was involved in fundraising efforts for the memorial. Andy Mohler, PMP has a diverse education history. Andy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. In 1985 to 1986, they attended the United States Navy Test Pilot School to specialize in the test of airborne weapons systems. Later, in 1995 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.

Additionally, in 2013, Andy received a Bronze Certification in the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model from Kirkpatrick Partners. Andy also completed the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's Management of International Programs (FMS) course in 1996.
