William Kopper has extensive work experience with the Navy League of the United States. William started in 2004 as Vice President of Marketing & Membership and later became Vice President of International Affairs. In 2011, they were elected as the National Vice President of Finance, where they managed the finances of the organization, including overseeing the publication of SEA POWER Magazine and hosting the SEA-AIR-SPACE SYMPOSIUM. William also managed the finances of a $100 million office building in Arlington, VA.
William Kopper attended Bowling Green State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, with a focus on Public Relations. Additionally, they briefly attended the University of Toledo College of Law, although it is unclear if they earned a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time.
