Scott Hicks

Scott Hicks is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in the precast and prestressed concrete manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Nawkaw Inc. since September 2024, Scott previously held the position of General Manager at Smith-Midland Corporation from July 2019 to September 2024. Prior roles include Site Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure, focusing on bridge girders in the San Diego and Los Angeles market, and Project Manager at Oldcastle Precast. Scott’s career began as an Assistant Project Manager at Watts Constructors and includes earlier experience as a CAD Drafter at Metromont Corporation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University, completing studies in 2007.
