Jose L Pimienta has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Jose L co-founded Vinylfy in 2012 and worked as a UI/UX/Web Designer & Developer at Leapfactor from 2012 to 2013. Jose L then joined LearnerNation as Lead UX Designer & Front-End Developer from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Front-End Engineer at Senzari, Inc. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Vertiv, where they worked until 2018. Jose L then joined QiO Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at RunBuggy. After that, they co-founded Alpis LLC, where they worked as a Co-Founder & UI Architect from 2009 to 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Nirvana Technology (Stealth), where they developed and launched a mobile-first banking application. Currently, they are working as a Staff Software Engineer - Front-end Architect at NAX Group, where they focus on front-end architecture and explores the use of AI and ML in software development methodology.

Jose L Pimienta studied at The Art Institutes from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Web Design and Interactive Media. Prior to that, they attended Universidad de Pinar del Rio starting in 2007, although it is not specified when their study at this institution concluded.
