Valeria García Omar

Valeria García Omar began their work experience in 2015 as the Talent Development Manager at AIESEC en Uruguay. Valeria'sresponsibilities included managing the area and team, developing talent strategies, overseeing recruitment and career plans, evaluating performance, and implementing incentive and recognition systems. In 2016, they served as the Social Projects Manager at AIESEC. Valeria later joined Page Personnel in 2017 as a Recruitment Senior Consultant. Valeria then worked at Kavak.com, starting in 2021 as a Staffing Ops Senior Analyst. Valeria went on to become a Human Resources Business Partner in 2022 and eventually took on the role of HRBP & Talent Acquisition Lead in 2023. Currently, Valeria is the Human Resources Lead at Naya Homes.

Valeria García Omar obtained a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República from 2010 to 2015. Valeria then pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration from the Universidad de la Empresa in 2015. In 2019 to 2020, Valeria completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, they are pursuing a Human Resources Business Partner degree at the Universidad del Valle de México, starting in 2022 and expected to end in 2023.
