Chen Shaham

Chen Shaham has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is Senior Director BU Operations, Cloud Data Solutions at EPAM Systems, starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they served as VP of Operations at Naya Tech, a data platform consulting and managed IT services company, from December 2016 onwards. Before joining Naya Tech, Chen worked at NAYA Technologies from 2010 to 2016. During their tenure at NAYA, they held the positions of VP HR and HR and Recruitment Manager, managing all HR activities and implementing various HR policies and procedures. From 2007 to 2010, Chen worked at Ness Technologies as an Account Manager, responsible for onboarding new clients and developing business opportunities. Chen also worked at an Internet portal as a Customer Service Manager from 2003 to 2005, overseeing a team of graphic designers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Chen's early career includes roles as a Marketing Executive Assistant at Yellow Pages Israel from 2001 to 2003, and in Marcom at Netvision from 1997 to 2001.

Chen Shaham attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources.
