Lori Goldstrohm

Lori Goldstrohm is an experienced leader in the field of People Development and Operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People + Culture at NAYA since October 2025. With a strong background in human resources and operational management, Lori has held key positions such as Vice President of People Development + HR at Gregorys Coffee and at taim mediterranean kitchen and Hot Chicken Takeover. Earlier roles include Vice President of Ops Services, Training, and People Development at CAVA, where contributions spanned nearly eight years, and various management roles at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Max & Erma's. Additionally, Lori serves as a Board Member for Star Gazing Farm Animal Sanctuary. Lori earned a Bachelor of Education degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1991 and 1995.
