In 2017, Malik joined 1LINK (Pvt) Limited as Deputy Manager - QA, and later took on the roles of Deputy Manager Customer Support and Services, and Manager Customer Support. Most recently, in 2021, they joined NayaPay as the VP Customer Excellence.
