Zahid Habib has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zahid held the position of Head of Business Sales at NayaPay in 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Cyber Internet Service Provider (Pvt) Ltd. where they held various roles including Vice President Enterprise Sales, Associate Vice President, Assistant Manager Corporate Sales, and Senior Sales Executive. At Cyber Internet Service Provider, they were responsible for developing business strategies, establishing sales incentive programs, and driving the development of sales strategies. Before joining Cyber Internet Service Provider, they worked as a Manager Sales at Habib Rafiq International from 2002 to 2004, and at MAGSNET as a Manager Sales from 2001 to 2002.

Zahid Habib completed their Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET) from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they earned a certification in Sales Excellence from Winning Edge. In 2007, they completed a program on Global Sales Strategies for Ambitious Pakistani Executives from MIT Entrepreneurship Center. In 2012, Zahid obtained certifications in Beyond Selling from IMS Knowledge and Leading an Effective Sales Force from Lahore University of Management Sciences. Finally, in 2016, they attended a Leadership Retreat conducted by Learning Minds Group.
