Abhijit Raje

Abhijit Raje has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Abhijit started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Manager Legal at Mahindra Group and held this position until 2007. Abhijit then worked at Bombay Dyeing as an Assistant Manager where they were responsible for drafting and reviewing international contracts and handling secretarial compliance.

In 2009, Abhijit joined Reliance Communications as a Senior Manager Legal. Abhijit worked in this role for two years, until 2010. During their time at Reliance Communications, they gained valuable experience in legal matters.

From 2010 to 2015, Abhijit worked at Techint Group as a Senior Manager Manager Legal and Secretarial Compliances. In this role, they reviewed and negotiated international contracts and headed the legal department for the Indian business. Abhijit was actively involved in all legal aspects, from setting templates to acquisition of a company and land.

In 2015, Abhijit moved to Walchandnagar Industries Limited and served as the Head of Legal. Abhijit held this position until 2017.

Currently, Abhijit is working at Nayara Energy as the Head of Legal Refinery. Abhijit began this role in 2023 and is currently active in this position. In addition to being the Head of Legal Refinery,Abhijit also held the position of Joint General Manager at Nayara Energy since 2017.

Abhijit Raje completed an Associate's Degree in Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Laws in Legal Studies, General from the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2003. Abhijit also obtained a Diploma in Mergers and Acquisitions from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, and has completed the first group of CS Final from Green English School, where they pursued BCOM, LLB, and CS.
