Aleksei Shilenkov

Aleksei Shilenkov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and financial control, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Risk at Nayara Energy since September 2017. Prior roles include Deputy Financial Controller at Rosneft, where responsibilities encompassed internal control systems, financial reporting, and asset valuation, as well as managerial positions in financial control at TNK-BP Management. Aleksei began a career at KPMG, where audit management and financial analysis were key responsibilities. Aleksei holds an FCCA from ACCA and a Master's degree in Management, Economics, and Law from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
