Sandeep Ladha

Sandeep Ladha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sandeep started their career as an Audit Assistant at S R Batliboi & Co. in 1987 and worked there until 1993. Sandeep then joined Lazard India Ltd as a Vice President of Finance, where they were responsible for implementing PeopleSoft globally and establishing systems for timely and accurate financial reporting. In 2008, Sandeep joined Essar Group as a Deputy General Manager of Finance, where they played a key role in establishing accounting and reporting structures, managing vendors, and conducting negotiations. In 2009, they moved to Essar Engineering Services Ltd as the Head of Finance and Accounts, focusing on setting up authority matrices, coordinating audits, and finalizing credit limits. Sandeep then joined Essar Projects (I) Ltd in 2013 as a Joint General Manager of Finance, supervising financial operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring timely reporting. Their most recent role is with Nayara Energy, where they serve as the Head of Banking Relations and Operations.

Sandeep Ladha obtained a Diploma in Financial Management from the S P Wellingkar Institute during the years 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1987, they pursued their Class XII education in Commerce, General at Birla Higher Secondary School, Pilani.
