Marianne Riker

Marianne Riker's work experience begins with their current role as a Human Resources Business Partner for Nayax, a cashless payment and management solution provider for unattended retail. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Tessco Technologies, a distributor of wireless communications products. Marianne also worked as a Senior Recruiter for Metso Outotec, specializing in sustainable technologies for the minerals processing industry. Marianne began their career as an Executive Recruiter for Ledgent and later worked as a Human Resources Manager for Aramark. Marianne's first position in the industry was as a Recruiter for Manpower Inc.

Marianne Riker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Towson University. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in World Class Employer Branding from the Employer Branding Academy.
