Shirley Campbell, CCXP, is a seasoned professional in customer experience management with a robust background across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Nayax, Shirley previously held the position of Customer Experience Director at Payoneer and at IEC - Israel Electric Corporation, overseeing both B2B and B2C segments. Additionally, Shirley was the Regional Customer Experience Manager for Unilever, focusing on North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, and served as the B2B and B2C Customer Relations Manager at HP.
