Malan Volschenk

Malan Volschenk's work experience includes various roles in the construction industry.

From 2012 to 2012, Malan worked as a Student Engineer at WBHO, where they supervised sites and coordinated with different sub-contractors for projects such as a hotel alteration and refurbishment.

In 2014, Malan joined ALEC as a Site Engineer, responsible for coordinating different departments to ensure project timelines were met. Malan then became a Senior Site Engineer, managing sub-contractor packages and establishing project scope. Later, they served as a Section Manager and Site Manager.

Most recently, Malan joined Naylor Love in 2020 as a Site Manager. Malan then gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager before assuming the role of Project Manager in November 2022.

Overall, Malan has a strong background in construction project management, site supervision, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Malan Volschenk earned their High School Diploma from DF Malherbe High School between the years 2005 and 2009. Malan later pursued a degree in Construction Management at Nelson Mandela University, where they completed their NDip in Building Management from 2011 to 2013.
