Michael O'Rourke

Michael O'Rourke has extensive experience in executive leadership, currently serving as President and COO at Naylor Pipe Company since May 1983, where responsibilities include purchasing and managing steel coil inventory, production scheduling, and overseeing employee benefit plans. O'Rourke has held various roles within the company, encompassing accounting, production, human resources, purchasing, and sales. Additionally, O'Rourke served as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee at Tech Credit Union from 2008 to 2011, where duties involved supervising cash counts, hiring auditors, addressing member inquiries, and participating in Board meetings. O'Rourke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph's College and has pursued an MBA in Management from Indiana University Northwest.
