Indu Durvasula

Indu Durvasula currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Consulting Services at Nayo Technologies LLC, a role held since January 2019, overseeing a team of Implementation Managers and Business Analysts in the US and India, delivering services across various sectors including Finance and Technology. Prior to this, Indu held multiple positions at Northwestern Mutual from December 2008 to January 2019, including Senior Implementation Manager and Assistant Director of HR Strategy & Systems, where responsibilities included managing HR project portfolios and cross-departmental teams focusing on Talent and Organization Development. Earlier experience includes a Program Manager role at MSS Technologies from 2007 to 2010. Indu holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and a Master of Science in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Andhra University.
