Esma Parmak Kahraman has a diverse work experience in Turkiye. Esma Parmak is currently working as the Head of Morocco and Partner at NAZALI Tax & Legal International since January 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at NAZALI Tax and Legal Services, including Head of Morocco, Partner, and Morocco Desk Director, starting from August 2019.

Before joining NAZALI, Esma worked as a CFO, Finance Director at Tabanlioglu Architects from June 2015 to June 2016, where they specialized in finance, planning, and control, with expertise in IFRS, international tax, and audit for the MENA, Europe, UK, and Russia regions.

Esma Parmak also had managerial accounting and financial audit coordination experience at Yapı Merkezi Construction from August 2010 to May 2015, focusing on trilingual international tax and audit. Moreover, Esma worked as an Internal Audit Responsible at Global Investment Holdings from July 2007 to August 2010 and as an Internal Auditor at CarrefourSA from March 2005 to July 2007.

Esma Parmak'searly career started as a Senior Tax Auditor at Ernst&Young from September 2001 to September 2004. Additionally, they have been involved as an NGO Volunteer and Supervisor for TOFD (Turkiye Omurilik Felclileri Dernegi) at Adim Adim since March 2011.

Esma Parmak Kahraman attended Aydın Ortaklar Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi from 1992 to 1996, where they received a Lycee degree in English. Esma Parmak then enrolled at Bilkent University from 1996 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition to their educational background, Esma has obtained multiple certifications. In 2004, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from TÜRMOB. In 2012, they achieved the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Lastly, in 2014, Esma became an Independent Auditor certified by the Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority – Turkey (KGK).
